MUBOKI PAUL HANDS OVER OFFICE OF DEPUTY CAO, APPOINTED TOWN CLERK OF APAC MUNICIPALITY

Apac, Uganda – August 26th, 2025 – Apac District Local Government has today witnessed a smooth handover of office by Mr. Muboki Paul, who has been serving diligently as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy CAO). He officially handed over responsibilities to pave way for his new assignment as the Town Clerk of Apac Municipality.

In a ceremony held at the District Headquarters, senior staff and stakeholders commended Mr. Muboki Paul for his dedicated service, professionalism, and commitment to strengthening public administration and service delivery in Apac District. His tenure as Deputy CAO has been marked by notable achievements in administration, planning, and coordination of government programs.

Speaking during the handover, Mr. Muboki Paul expressed his gratitude to the District leadership, colleagues, and staff for the support and teamwork extended to him. He reaffirmed his commitment to continue serving the people of Apac in his new role as Town Clerk, emphasizing effective governance, accountability, and improved service delivery at the municipal level.

On behalf of the District leadership, Mr. Andrew Awany, Secretary of Finance & Administration, who represented the District Chairperson, congratulated Mr. Muboki Paul upon his new appointment and wished him success in his new responsibilities. The leadership also called for continued collaboration between the District and the Municipality to foster development and improve the well-being of the people.

This transition reflects the Government’s commitment to strengthening local government structures and enhancing efficiency in service delivery through the deployment of experienced administrators.
